A solid chest-building exercise and a great alternative to the barbell bench press for those with shoulder issues. Downgraded slightly only because much energy must be expended just getting the dumbbells into position. Also difficult to terminate the lift - some resort to dropping the weights because they can't (or won't) get up from the bench without some difficulty. -See Less
