Dec 30, 2010 9:31 AM: when you stand up force your hips forward and explode up..once you get it down it will burn the quads like no other especially if you do them after squats. I would recommend as with all quad exercises to do sets of 15-20 reps. |

Jul 14, 2010 9:18 PM: I've tried this and I still don't understand how you stand up, my butt gets in the way no matter how I try to do this, and I don't have that big of a butt lol. Honestly though, I don't think this will help with anything more than possibly toning, it's hard to hold a lot of weight like that.
