Jul 14, 2010 5:54 AM: i love this exercise i use a low weight and high reps and i leave it till the end of my workout and just keep pumping up till 12 reps with 30 seconds rests and the amount of sets change as long as i can no longer pull, the pump feels awsome and has given my triceps a good look so far
