If you're feeling more upper glute and lower back, then you're not working the hams. This sounds crazy, but it works: Lower the weight, and use your lats to lock your shoulders in a down position. While going to the bottom, don't let your shoulders hang down with the weight, but keep them locked in place using your lats. For reasons unknown to me, this puts more stretch in the hams at the bottom, forcing them to do more work coming up.-See Less
