Nov 27, 2009 8:23 PM: When I use this workout I like to do this a little different I like to keep my hands open ,and only bring my hands from my thigh to weist line it like 1/4 way up I do this from 150-thru 200lbs this take a lot of control and time but it kicks butt. |

Nov 8, 2009 8:46 AM: Love this exercises. I find it can really target the lower part of the arm (tricep area)I use this exercise all of the time to develop side pressure needed in ArmWrestling. It is one of my favorite exercises for this area
