Great exercise but very dangerous wspecially if you have back issues...ive seen plenty of cases where anyone from novice to experianced weight trainers have ended up with slipped disks, bulging or herniated disks from using improper form. It is very easy if you are not focused at all times to during this routine to get injured.. its probally best to work out with a GOOD (key word is Good)spotter to tell you when you are using bad form... -See Less
