Nothing beats old fashion push ups! Flat push ups for middle pecs, Decline Push ups for the upper pecs, Incline push ups for the lower pecs, Wide grip for outer pec development, Close grip to burn out the triceps. Nothing beats the full body workout you can get from sets of simple push ups. If you needed added resistance add a weight, in vest form and place one on your back, safety is always key. If you're afraid of messing up your wrist which is more than likely to happen if you're a big guy like me, do push ups on dumbbells, just do them!-See Less
