this is reckless. i don't care what anybody says, touching any stationary object every rep causes your spine to act as a shock absorber. i was forced to squat this way during weight training when i was in high school. i have had a cervical spine fusion at c6/c7 as a result and have some other spine issues. squat deep, if you can't get deep enough decrease the weight and get a spotter until you can.-See Less
