Rope Jumping
Feb 18, 2012 5:55 AM: I just started using the jump rope before my workouts and I am really glad I did! It gets the heart pumping, great for cardiovascular and has really helped define the muscles in my legs. If your someone who can't get the heartbeat going before a good workout, then I recommend using the jump rope.

Feb 14, 2012 7:34 AM: Great exercise as a finisher after a leg workout. Best if you do it standing on the flat side of a Bosu ball and stay in a low squat. By about 10 reps per side, you will see the Bosu start wobbling because your stabilizers are getting so fried. Try 3 sets of 10 with fairly heavy ball.
