Dumbbell Shrug
Feb 12, 2012 7:16 AM: Perhaps better than the barbell shrug because the dumbbells allow you to hold the weight at your sides, rather than in front of your body. This allows your traps to perform the whole shrugging movement without excessive tension in the shoulders.

Feb 11, 2012 6:55 AM: Since I didn't have a machine I decided to do a few sets of stairs (4 stories- up and down) and then jog into place on a matte for the remaining time. I think i'll hit my bicycle on the next Cardio day- though- I certainly DO feel this!
