Jan 17, 2012 5:51 PM: Iv been doin this one with 15 lbs and ain't had no problems. I do 15 to 20 reps. I don't think I would feel anything if I used less than 5 lbs.

Jan 17, 2012 5:42 PM: I made me one of them wrist rollers out of PVC pipe and hay string I put 2 25 lb plates on it and only used it for about a week because my dog ate it. Ain't made another one since but it worked good wile it lasted.

Jan 17, 2012 4:37 PM: I have yet to find a benefit for this workout - takes too long on Gethin's Trainer at 150 reps per side. Hurts the shoulders and top of spine with bar resting, arms get tired holding bar up.

Review: Dumbbell Flyes
Jan 16, 2012 5:04 PM: I like this exercise. I do it exactly like the video but always feel a semi-pull in my right bicep no matter what weight. I can usually do the first set of 10 reps no problem but half way through the 2nd set I feel it.
Any ideas??
