Tip: Seated Leg Curl
Feb 7, 2012 7:01 AM: I workout from home so I have to get creative with some of the exercises. For a seated leg curl I use
"GOLDS GYM POWER STATION".. Attach to the bottom of the door and attach ankle strap to my ankle. I then proceed with a standing one leg hamstring curl.

Feb 6, 2012 3:58 PM: This is THE beast of exercises. If your not really seeing the progression you want, I found doing good, heavy, deep squats on leg day (I do deadlifts on back day) compliment these well.

Tip: Barbell Full Squat
Feb 4, 2012 10:44 PM: 1. Make sure not to bend your wrist when grabbing the bark.
2. Do not lock your knees out like the guy in the video.
3. Do listen to the narrator when instructs to "maintain a straight posture with the head up" but you don't want to be looking at the ceiling either.
