Review: Stiff Leg Barbell Good Morning
Jan 9, 2010 2:27 AM: I love the workout. Besides what has been said in other comments, I think I need a wider stance and a LITTLE bit more bend in the knees to keep balanced and steady with weight on the bar. I learned aboout them from a Bruce Lee article, feels good the next day!
