May 3, 2012 9:27 PM: I do my push ups on my knees as I am only starting to build up my strength, at the moment 12 reps x 3 sets. Close hand push ups are much harder and I can only get through 8 reps x 3 sets, but looking forward to being able to do more!

Mar 19, 2012 4:45 PM: doing any type of push work out does work your triceps mostly as a secondary muscle, I consider diamond (close grip) a tricep workout but its good to work tri's and chest on the same day for that reason,then move onto a pull excersise (biceps
