Review: One-Arm Kettlebell Row
Apr 25, 2012 11:06 PM: Setting aside the unexpectedly serious case of DOM's I received from including this excercise, it seems like great addition to my workout. It seems it might have an added bonus of improving my pull-up/chin-up as well.
