Sep 27, 2011 5:46 PM: Looks like something for the boys in crossfit or SAS... :P If you master this though, it will give you amazing conditioning, power and realistic strength. I could only do this when I was nimbler and did more conditioning work.

Apr 9, 2011 9:16 AM: Not to bad. Start by getting down the movement without weights and it will be alright....and put on knee pads or roll up a towel...it hurts like a bitch otherwise ;P
