Kettlebell Dead Clean Guide

Main Muscle: Hamstrings

  1. Place kettlebell between your feet. To get in the starting position, push your butt back and look straight ahead.
  2. Clean the kettlebell to your shoulder. Clean the kettlebell to your shoulders by extending through the legs and hips as you raise the kettlebell towards your shoulder. The wrist should rotate as you do so.
  3. Lower the kettlebell, keeping the hamstrings loaded by keeping your back straight and your butt out.

Review: Kettlebell Dead Clean

Exercise Rating
2/10

Mar 24, 2012 6:37 PM: This is an excellent exercise. The problem is this guy is using to much bicep to perform it. The clean is performed using the hip and shoulder. When just part way to a standing position one should thrust there hip foreword Hump-the-Bell, and shrug the shoulder of the arm holding the kettlebell hard....+See More
