Tip: Frog Sit-Ups
Sep 12, 2011 5:07 PM: I didnt know there was a name for these haha!! I have a compressed disc in my L4-L5 and struggle with situps always only targeting my upper abs, I figured out by chance that I can do them this way to target more mid and lower. Definatly a great sit-up!!!!!

Jan 4, 2010 9:17 AM: Excellent. By spreading the knees apart I feel the muscles working different and have more focus on the mid ab section. I usually throw in a set of these during my other weighted exercises
