Review: Face Pull
Jul 7, 2013 1:42 PM: One of the best exercises no one does in the gym. I preform Face Pulls with both Shoulder and Back workouts. It is a great exercise that hits the Rear Delts. Go light with high reps and feel the burn.

Apr 29, 2013 5:31 AM: Gave this a try, and it is just fantastic imo, it really burned my rear delts, and considering I usually never feel them with dumbbells or machines it was great. A really great exercise if you're looking to mix things up a bit.
Also widen your feet so you are more stable.
