Mar 16, 2013 2:15 AM: for those not feeling it in the hams, wear flat shoes (running shoes slope to the toe and push weight forward)or take off shoes (I like to do them this way as can really focus on where your pushing from, but its a bit old school), focus on pushing through your heels . if you push more with the balls...+See More
