Caution: Be very cautious as you place the feet in the bottom part of the platform as if you slip and the safety bars are not locked then you could suffer a serious accident.
Variations: You can perform this exercise one leg at a time.

Dec 2, 2009 10:22 AM: Since I've been training my calves have never been as big as now. They are now at 16.5" but I want more. I want to go to about 20-21" on calves, the same on arms and about 28" on thighs. My wife says I've never been cut like I am now!
