Nov 9, 2011 6:47 AM: Since October, me and a few buddies have taken a cycling class at our gym. The workout is intense and the trainer keeps us motivated to complete the class. Great hour workout. The only downfall is sitting on the seat of the bike, not the most comfortable feeling.
