Tip: Ab Roller
Sep 3, 2011 1:53 PM: Just started today and this is a lot harder than it looks. I definitely felt like it was doing damage on my abdominals but it also slightly strains the lower back. I suggest only going down far enough to feel a stretch and coming back up. Don't forget to pause while in that stretch.

Aug 15, 2011 5:52 PM: This exercise puts a lot of shear force on your low back; it is not recommended for individuals with LBP or weak trunk stabilization. This is coming from a PT student.
