Great isolation! The spread at the end really gives my triceps workout an added punch! I can easily track tempo with this exercise too. All around one of my faves!

excellent to do with the overhead rope tricep extensions as a super set. Alternate to do before or after the other workout on tricep days. go the moderate weight you can handle.

I really love these. Doing along with elevated bench dips is great for avoiding the flabby tricps some women in my age group have.

i love this exercise i use a low weight and high reps and i leave it till the end of my workout and just keep pumping up till 12 reps with 30 seconds rests and the amount of sets change as long as i can no longer pull, the pump feels awsome and has given my triceps a good look so far

I use it to finish triceps. Low weight a lot of reps. Just to pump it up.

at the end of the movement when you are fully extended, bend your wristsdown and back to get and extra few inches of movement. it really isolates your tri's and gives a great burn.

Awesome exercise, and really shapes up the triceps, tri extensions are a lot of fun and you can lean into them slightly.

The difference with rope is that you can stretch your arms more(so you´ll get a little bit wider at the bottom) for even more triceps suffering. And quite possibly targeting the other heads a bit more too.
