Having your legs next to each other (when in standing position) and slightly bent, helps. However, avoid bouncing your legs when lifting to avoid cheating.

It's better to hold your hands up for a while! 1 secs Up, 2-3 secs Hold Up, 2-3 secs Up to Down, 1 sec Down.
I think that you feel more the burn inside of muscles!

One of the best shoulder exercises to target the delts. Don't go crazy with heavy weight, light will make you feel this no problem. To heavy and you'll lose form.
