One of my favorite workouts for the shoulders to help get the cut, defined look. I sometimes start or end with this exercise. It's great!

can i ask if the elbows are supposed to be bent?? because in the video , he said arms straight. but his elbows are a bit bent

I like to tilt my hands so my pinkies are higher than my thumbs so that it includes the posterior delt instead of the anterior delt.
