Squeeze hard make it hurt. Contraction at the top of the rep is where you will get the ball in your bicep. This is a great pump. Low weight high reps. Go slow contract hard watch it grow.

Make sure to squeeze your bicep tight every rep and letting them out slowly. This will cause good muscle growth and strength gains.

Excellent Exercise, I do this before my last BICEP workout (Zottoman Curl), you can see the muscled been Isolated during the exercise. Ensure not to bring the elbows foward during the contraction, you can ensure this by not using heavy weights, this is a perfect tonification exercise.

Cable curls are excellent because the cable machine puts constant tension on the biceps unlike curls against gravity (free weights) where the resistance is not constant throughout the range of motion. This is really good. I do this after a very heavy lift with the dumbbells and work like wonders.

I think the exercise is great, Presfer using one arm at a time though. Helps get a better technique and concentration on the arm.
