Mar 28, 2011 12:47 PM: Squeeze hard make it hurt. Contraction at the top of the rep is where you will get the ball in your bicep. This is a great pump. Low weight high reps. Go slow contract hard watch it grow.

Dec 20, 2010 7:09 PM: Excellent Exercise, I do this before my last BICEP workout (Zottoman Curl), you can see the muscled been Isolated during the exercise. Ensure not to bring the elbows foward during the contraction, you can ensure this by not using heavy weights, this is a perfect tonification exercise.
