May 25, 2011 8:48 AM: There is a small discrepancy between the video and text descriptions of the exercise. The video suggests returning to the starting position by pushing mainly with the heels. The text description says to use the ball of the feet. Which is correct?

Jul 21, 2010 10:38 AM: I'm sure that I am muscle challenged. I put up to 200lbs on this machine with 5 reps of 12 and have seen little improvements. I am 110lbs and 5'4". There must be something wrong with me because I do not tend to get a nice definition only a subtle one.

Mar 3, 2010 2:49 PM: I do 15-20 slow reps, then raise up to ball of one foot and do partials with one leg at a time. I alternate back and fourth between legs until my reps drop down to 1 or 2. I then do a static hold with each leg and finish with some partials using both legs. High intensity and great pump!
