Feb 10, 2011 3:22 AM: Started this one today with new leg routine. The BEST of the squats IMO. Keep elbows raised and bar touching throat as some have said and its all on the quads. Excellent.

Tip: Front Barbell Squat
Nov 2, 2009 11:31 AM: Keep your elbows up, with the bar on the shoulders and touching the throat. The model doesn't have good bar positioning and is not keeping his head and elbows up, so he is getting yanked forward with 95 pounds.
