Honestly this is a great exercise for your biceps but don't overdo it. If you are hitting your big compound exercises your biceps will grow. Form and tempo are big with this one as well.-See Less

you can do these shoulders back all the way with elbows by ur side (get a good balance) and as you curl keep the bar very close to your body lower the weight slow coming up at a good phase (not too fast) all the way down and up. you'll feel an amazing pump in the very few reps on the first set..i got...+See More

I like it but i find it easy to have you elbows out to far with an ez bar and i dont have the same problem with a barbell because you have to balance it.

If you do supersets it is way more effective it burns your biceps u fell right away after the first set. Supersets are 7 reps of what the guy in the video is doing but before that u do 7 reps the long way meaning you pull it up from below your waist. I do 10 reps each of these and it kills my bis burn...+See More

This exercise with heavy weight will give you all the gains you need. I had to go thru all of the bicep exercises to find the one that puts on the real size. I get, with good form 235lbs for 5 reps and the next day I need a massage. I am hard core so don't try this without some help. This is one of my favorites when it comes to arms. Let's be clear; if you want size you have to pile on the weight. Control and breathing will help you lift more.-See Less

i advise that you do this exercise 3 days out of a 7 day week using progressively heavier weights and working to allow you do 3 sets of 10 reps.
