May 1, 2012 9:00 AM: i was really surprised that i had a light burn the day after completing this exercise. that or the burn came from all the burpees, mountain climbers etc that i did in my workout.

Feb 16, 2010 2:01 PM: Did these yesterday, and did not find they were enough for myself, as I had to do so many before I felt any burn. Would be great for beginners looking for an easy exercise to tone their stomachs, however.
