its better to rotate your hands as you push up and at top your DB should look like this || then squeeze your chest then as you lower DBs turn it back .. best tip believe me :)

great workout, be sure to do some incline dumbbell bench too, both are awesome for size and do some flys using normal bench and incline bench to get the width to your chest.

Either start with the dumbells up or ask for help for the first help. Otherwise, you waste too much energy on the first rep...

Rotate these in every other week with barbell flat and you will develop in both areas. They are great for a variation in ROM.
