I struggle with this one, as I have little chest strenth still. My arms move unsimultaneously when on top, but I will try turning the weights inwards next time, as per Strale95's advise.

I really enjoy this exercise, it feels like I'm working more of my muscle compared with the barbell press. Plus you don't need a spot, if it's too heavy you can just drop the weights.

This is by far my favorit chest exercise. Try putting your feet up on the bench to concentrate more on your chest.

DB way harder than a regular barbell makes you use your chest muscles to lift the weights and control them from doing all over the place, very intense workout

I LOVE chest press with dumbbells as much as with the barbell, but those dumbbells are just a tad more challenging.

Love this exercise I get a much greater stretch in my chest. When I lay back I like to keep the weight in the press position then drive the first rep up.

Loving chest atm just got 55kg dumbbells up yesterday 6 reps was impressed with myself seeing as it was my first try with that weight. P.S. NO SPOT!

i like this exercise better then bench press, mostly because the squeezing type of exercises give me the best and quickest results in my chest, in my opinion if your gonna add this exercise to your routine you might as well add the incline and decline dumbell presses as well

You can push yourself more if you are by yourself compared to a barbell, as you can drop it to the sides, it promotes more free movement and you can push yourself more than barbell as the dumbbell can be lowered even more for more burn.

Always seem to forget to get the dumbbells up to start like the person did in this video, which expands a lot of energy on the first rep but other than that I like this exercise.

Fantastic one, this is the best exercise for the chest muscles, the problem is most gyms dont have high weight dumbbells. Other thing that is the video is horrible, you have to lower your elbows as musch as you get, to get full motion of your muscles.
