Fantastic one, this is the best exercise for the chest muscles, the problem is most gyms dont have high weight dumbbells. Other thing that is the video is horrible, you have to lower your elbows as musch as you get, to get full motion of your muscles.

Downgraded slightly only because much energy must be expended just getting the dumbbells into position. Also difficult to terminate the lift - some resort to dropping the weights because...+See More

According to latest EMG research this exercise develops chest (pectorals) much better than barbell bench press. Especially when focusing on pressing by chest, not shoulders or triceps.
I love it!
And you don't need spotter in most cases...

Easily, the best chest-building lift on the market. I had some serious issues with me right rotator-cuff and it has alleviated the pain.

Try to inhale and exhale as long as you are doing one respective action of lowering down or lifting up the weight.

Usually skip out regular bench presses to do these. Helps work out all the supporting muscle groups as well.

Rotate these in every other week with barbell flat and you will develop in both areas. They are great for a variation in ROM.
