Jan 12, 2011 8:47 AM: its an okay tricep workout but, when you do mediuum grip bench press you work your triceps as well. i like to do bench dips and skull crushers instead.

Mar 7, 2010 1:00 PM: try doing this with a ez bar on a flat bench hold it on the inside grip you can control and balance the weight better i feel it hitting the tricep more doing it like this rather than the barbell dont forget to have someone spot you!
