very excellent to do when you super set with rope press downs before or after the set. I recommend alternating on each tricep days to shock your tri's.

Really great, especially for how well they target the triceps as well as being a change in pace from pull downs, skull crushers, and kick backs. Just be careful picking it up at the beginning of the set and putting it down at the end because the motion involved seems likely to cause shoulder injury...+See More

Place this at the end of your Tricep workout, and do as many reps as possible in 3 sets to really get a full pump.
