Awesome...but don't agree with the instructions vis a vis "don't allow pelvis to sag to the floor" Letting your pelvis go down to the floor is even better, as it stretches the abs and forces them to start working from the maximally elongated position.

I loved this one!! I felt the burn the first time i did it, but 2 days later- nothing. Guess it's on to more challenging exercises!!!!!

Brighter clothes on the model so we can see the body outline. Demos are excellent though.

Good exercise. Pro: Most feel the burn fast because it's so different from a typical gym routine. Con: Distracting with your girlfriend underneath you.
