Jul 7, 2013 2:11 PM: Excellent mass builder for middle back. I prefer barbells over dumbbells as to the amount of weight used. I go heavy for 6-8 reps for 5 sets. Wear a belt and use strict form.

Mar 8, 2013 3:27 PM: I am not sure if this one will become a staple in my back workout. Having had lower back issues I may stick to the two arm single bar rows or try the EZ bar to try to hit that middle back area as a finishing move but not a mass builder.
