i like to uses this exercise and the end of my routine. i like the stretch. i recommend it be used at the end of a chest or back routine.

im wondering if this workout is helpful or no, following the recommended plan of this site for 20-39 yo's, where you do chest workout during 2nd day and this workout is on the 4th day. i was thinking this is not beneficial because i would not truely rest my chest after the 2nd day. im still new so please...+See More

This is a definitely a chest exercise if you actually take your arms far enough back for the stretch. This exercise will not build mass or make you much stronger if you exercise regularly. It is best performed at the end of your workout, as this will just add a pump to your chest to get more blood...+See More

In my opinion this is a back exercise. Almost the same as using Bent-Arm Barbell Pullover.

I love this exercise, it works the lats too! Great transition exercise if you train back and chest on the same day.

I finish off my chest day with 4 sets of these, really pushes the puppies over the edge. I prefer to lay on the bench with my head off the bench.
