probably my favorite way to work triceps, but they tend to screw up my shoulders when i do them. anyone know waht can do to make it easier on the shoulders?

I do it 5 with 40kg,than spotter takes 20 kg off for 5 more dips, than take off 10kg for final 5. this gives an awesome burn strenght and size, just need to do it nice and slow without any jerking and cheating

Good exercise if your injured but also good if you can do heaps of dips but want to add copius weight... Last time i did these i had 100kg on my lap, can feel it in tri's and chest like there's no tomorrow.

Nothing beats body weight exercises. I love these because I messed up my elbow during wrestling practice and other triceps exercises irritate it, these are great whether you're trying to build endurance, or strengthen your triceps. If you need more resistance just set a free weight on your lap.

a simple and very effective exercise. i add weight plates on my legs just above my knees to make it abit more difficult.

Great way to build the triceps. As a bit of a challenge I add a weight ball under my feet or even my hands, then perform the dip.
