Jan 25, 2010 8:13 PM: be careful not to arch your back forward. Always keep it tight and straight, or even arched up a little at the bottom. Don't let your knees wobble sideways either as this can lead to injury, keep them in line.

Jan 6, 2010 11:12 AM: for those of you who have short hams, place a small plate beneath your heels. This will help you preform this excercise way better.

Also, this is the best excercise for your entire lower body, and the deeper you go the more of your glutes will get involved thus it's a true compound.

Oct 29, 2009 4:12 PM: barbell full squat is by far the best exercise for overall leg development. in my opinion, unless you are supplementing with a WIDE variety of isolation exercises, a leg routine isn't complete without them.
