For me this is the best for chest, i really feel the chest burning, but instead of lowering and push the chest, try lowering to the neck then you will feel the burn! yeah!

One of the truest tests of strength. Make sure you plant your feet beforehand so your legs don't go flying when it gets too heavy. Plus doing so will give you power to push through those hard-to-get reps.

When pushing the barbell up focus on trying to bend the bar upwards into a U-shape. This will force you to engage your chest muscles thus strengthening them and also allowing you to lift more weight.
