Mar 3, 2010 3:59 PM: Everyone wants a bigger chest. But no one knows what to do. This where you take the initiative, as you are now by reading this. Do everything until you see reults. Go heavy, all the time, works for me. Have a spotter. NEVER touch your chest. That's big no-no in my opinion.
