When pushing the barbell up focus on trying to bend the bar upwards into a U-shape. This will force you to engage your chest muscles thus strengthening them and also allowing you to lift more weight.

Everyone wants a bigger chest. But no one knows what to do. This where you take the initiative, as you are now by reading this. Do everything until you see reults. Go heavy, all the time, works for me. Have a spotter. NEVER touch your chest. That's big no-no in my opinion.

Do wide grip flat barbell bench press, heavy. Fill outs and isolates the outer pec more. Key secret to getting an Arnold type chest. -See Less

use correct form i use to try and be the guy who could bench press so much, but was using incorrect form put alot of stress on my shoulders...ending up having a bad shoulder injury, thats why im in the shape im in now, but ive started back and im almost at the same weight i was then except now using...+See More

It's a no brainer that this IS the #1 exercise for creating mass in the chest region. perfect your form, increase your poundage, and your chest will grow.
