Really love this workout. My favorite for a while but after 2 or 3 sets my abs adapt pretty quick and i wont get a good burn anymore, just lots of tension and fatigue. First, im new to working out, but heres what i think. It burns great for a few sets(30-40 reps), but as soon as i move onto something else and come back to it i lose the burn and it just becomes tiring. am i not doing somethign correct? this used to be my favorite exercise, now its like iv got tolerance...+See More

this workout really should be rated higher one of the best oblique workouts you can do really destroys your abs if done correctly :)
