How Did You Get Started?
I started training to be stronger in the sports I played (hockey, football). As my body started to transform, I started to get a lot of positive attention. I did my first contest shortly after and placed first. Now I just set small goals and I try to achieve them.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is a great sport, even though it is probably one of the most difficult sports. Whether it be bodybuilding or fitness in general, it helps a person's self-esteem, self-worth and creates a positive image for oneself. You are your own boss. You determine whether you want to gain or lose weight. And you can only blame yourself if you do not meet your goals. This is the one sport that is seriously underpaid and tremendously overworked, but it is the personal satisfaction that one gets that makes it worth it.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am preparing for the Canadian Nationals, scheduled for September 20, 2003 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I would also like to re-qualify for the Worlds in 2003 or 2004. Other than that, it all depends on the results of the Canadas for anything further. Of course it would be nice to get a Pro card, but I will take it one step at a time.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Do not get discouraged when progress is slow. Just keep training and positive things will happen. The people who do well in the sport do not give up.
