How Did You Get Started?
When I was 17 years old I used to see the TV show world wrestling. I have always admired the big guys, and I wanted to be strong like the guys who fight there in the wrestling show. When I started bodybuilding my weight was 56 kg and I was very tiny. Then step by step I began to gain weight.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I like to use free weights and always go heavy, but for my legs I use high reps too.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
My on season diet is chicken or fish, brown rice, yams, brussel sprouts, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, oatmeal and "egg beaters." As soon as I end a training session I always have my Optimum Whey Protein; off-season, I try to allow my favorite foods only once or twice a week. I love a good filet mignon, apples, bananas, milk, and as soon as I end my training session I always take my ON Whey Protein.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Since the beginning I was taking whey protein and creatine, but I think one of the supplements I use the most is the Mesotech, but first you have to eat well and eat clean; low in fat and high in proteins and complex carbs for have better results.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Because I won The Junior-2004 Sud-American Championship contest in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and bodybuilding have made me happy, especially from the time I began. You are in charge of your body and your victories unlike other sports.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
First I hope to win the Mr. Peru 2006 and after that win the Sud-American Championship in 2007. I would like to take part in the pro division of bodybuilders for 9 years after I win the Sud-American Championship in 2007.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
One of my favorite phrases is "no pain no gain".
Of course I have made a lot of friends, everybody is great. But I think if you have less friends in the gym it would better for you, because when you go to train you have to think in training mode, no more. Everything is in your mind; if you want to win something you have to propose it to yourself first.
Important for me are training, food and enough hours of sleep are important for be better performance day to day.
