How Did You Get Started?

I was 19 when I first joined a gym, but I was always athletic, playing softball in high school. Once I joined the gym, I was so hooked, I pursued a career in fitness and became a sales advisor for NYSC and for Equinox Fitness. Once I didn't find that challenging anymore I found that teaching and coaching others to live a healthy lifestyle was my passion. I am a personal trainer, and just love helping others feel strong, confident and happy with themselves.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I like doing a 3 day on 1 day off split...

    Monday- Chest and abs, cardio
    Wednesday- Cardio and abs
    Thursday- Bi's and tri's cardio
    Friday- Triceps and abs
    Saturday- Shoulders and abs, cardio
    Sunday- Total body or cardio, however I am feeling

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

6-8 small meals, measuring everything! 1 cheat day a week... and tons of water and veggies...

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It helps me gain confidence, power, strength and beauty. Being a mother of two children ages 15 and 12, I love looking 10 years younger and I love being able to keep up with the kids all day and night... I love living a healthy lifestyle that includes working out and eating clean all year.

To do another INFB competition. I would like to compete in March.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Be true to yourself, believe in your self. Follow your heart and dreams, set goals for yourself and stick to them... Remember, if you cheat, your only cheating yourself. I worked hard for many years and especially for the last 7 months, I sacrificed so much to do this show. If you want it bad enough, you will do whatever it takes... Nothing worthwhile is easy to get! Work HARD!
