How Did You Get Started?
I trained hard for 10 years. When body fitness / figure was created, I knew it was the time to become a champ. So I've trained even harder since January 2004 to achieve great results.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train every bodypart twice a week and perform aerobic exercises 3 times per week. Every workout is truly intense.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Every nutrient is combined to optimize results. My diet consists in a 50% protein from tuna fish, chicken breast, egg whites; a 30% carbs from bread, rice and pasta; and 20% good fats. I have a cheat day during the week, but while training for a contest, I never cheat.
