How Did You Get Started?
I have always been athletic, I have always enjoyed pushing myself and seeing what I could do, but nothing ever felt right, I new I wanted more. Then at age 16 I saw my first fitness competition on T.V. The difficult mandatory moves, gymnastics skills and dancing was amazing, I knew in my heart that was it. 12 years later the flame rekindled!
I have always done dance and I grew up on a small horse farm so throwing hay and working while lifting heavy stuff was something I was quite used to. So I did some research and I found the women who where role models, they stood out above the rest, there was something so different about them. That's when I found my friend, mentor Julie Lohre not to mention, another amazing athletic women whom I deeply admire Tanji Johnson.
I am blessed to be taken under the wing on Julie Lohre, she has been there every step of the way helping me, guiding me and teaching me the right step's that have rapidly progressed me forward in my athleticism. I have currently competed in two shows this year! Just 7 month's after the birth of my beautiful daughter Brooklynn.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
First off I am a Beverly International Nut (BevNut) I used these supplements throughout my entire on season as well as my off season. By far I have never found another supplement regimen like the one they offer. And I love the quality and taste. Plain and simple they work!
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the way it makes me feel! This is not just a hobby this is my life style. I truly want to be the best I can be everyday, for my husband and my daughter as well as the clients I work with and those whom I come into contact with. I know I was created for fitness! I want to help as many people as possible and show them that fitness can be fun and exciting, and they two can obtain any result's they desire.
What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?
First off again I love the way it makes me feel, there is no other better energy in the world, than when you are in balance with your body, which help's you to stay in balance with your mind to achieve amazing life long results. My amazing husband Jeremy and my beautiful daughter Brooklynn they keep me motivated and strong, so I can be the best example to them and those whom I am blessed to work with! I still want to be competing when I am in my 80's.
What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?
I did not want to get up in the morning and have to look at my self knowing how unhappy I was, and how much more I was capable of doing! I was sick and tired of letting my self down and fighting the Weight Roller Coaster Ride, saying every Monday, ok today's the day, and not following through. I knew I had talent and strength. The pain of staying the same, became greater than the pain of change, so I changed. My pregnancy motivated me; I want to show my children that they can achieve whatever they set their minds to!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to obtain my Pro Card as an IFBB Fitness Professional by 2011! I am currently still in training with a Great Coach as well as Olympian Athlete, so I can be ready for the 2010 spring competition season! I am also in the process of helping client's with their fitness/nutrition goals while working towards my CPT!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If you have the dream in your heart, do it! Don't listen to mediocrity when you can achieve greatness! Never, never, never quit! Find a credible source, work with someone who has your best interest at heart, and who has the fruit on the tree, I would encourage you to do a little research, if you are truly going to go after it!
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Honestly, I admire all, because they work so hard behind the scenes! They live this way 24/7 and it takes discipline and self mastery! My hat's off to all those who are in the journey and who are getting ready to start!
What Features Do You Use On Bodybuilding.com?
BodySpace, is awesome first of all because I am holding my self accountable to the goals I have posted, knowing that, if anyone is watching then it's my duty as a leader to go out and get it done. Second of all I like to look at the stats on the recent show's or shows throughout the year. These great athletes keep me going. It's great reading other success stories to keep me humble and moving forward!
Thank you Bodybuilding.com this has truly been a dream come true for me: And I am sure all athletes every where are grateful too!
