How Did You Get Started?
A year after my second son was born I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Joined a gym loved the results and, with the encouragement from my friends, decided to try my hand at figure competition with the INBF. I won my first show and was hooked! The rest is history.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I workout every other day. Using weights for 8 - 10 reps. 3 to 4 exercises for each muscle group.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
As life is like a roller coaster so is fitness. You have good days and bad. Will yourself to go to the gym on your bad days you'll be so much better for it. It lifts your spirits and the results speak for themselves. Same with diet if you screw up here and there it's ok just get back to it as soon as you are able. Make no excuses!
